Reason for Selling:

I bought the plane about 3 years ago.  I am an ex-Air Force pilot and thought my wife and I would travel.  Turns out she does not like to fly in small planes.  So if I want to go anywhere, it is solo.  I just do not use it enough to justify keeping it.  I fly around 15 to 20 hours a year.  Most of those are flights to keep proficiency.  I am swamped in my business and it just sits in the hanger.

I have set the price at $154,000, which is $20-30,000 below the VREF value on AOPA.

More Details:

The plane is located in a hanger at Falcon Field in Mesa Arizona.

2097 total time, 300 since overhaul.  G530w with GPSS, KFC150 autopilot with altitude preselect, Gammi injectors, JPI 700 engine analyzer with fuel flow option, factory oxygen (new tank in 2009) just completed annual (aug 2012).  Flies great.  Newer paint and interior.
I will be happy to supply the names of the shops that did the last two annuals.  It is a great plane, but I am not going to use it much.  I also have the log and maintenance books scanned in and I will post those as soon as I am able to (they are large files).   See pictures below.
